About Us

We are a family owned business in Frederick County, Maryland since 1994.

Our goal is to educate our clients on every aspect of building a home since this is one of the largest investments of their life.  We provide a down home feel in today's busy world.  We provide hands-on experience through every phase of building from initial contact to project completion.  Our company works with a few Frederick area subcontractors to do the work we aren't licensed to do.  We work with existing floor plans or we will custom design a floor plan per the clients requirements or wants.  As our motto says "ONE CALL DOES IT ALL."

We are a licensed Maryland Home Builder and Maryland Home Improvement Contractor, a licensed septic installer, and a Modular Home Sales office.  We offer a manufacturer and builder warranty.  We are here to help you navigate the road to building your dream home.
